- We take hourly horseback rides out of our lodge which is located in the mountains above Gardiner, Montana at 7200′.
- When the sun is hot, our trail rides are cool. We ride through the Gallatin Forest, on trails that let you experience the grandeur of our area!
- These tours are suitable for riders of all skill levels (we can accommodate anyone over 7 years of age), from beginners to experienced equestrians.
Our guided tours provide knowledgeable guides who are familiar with the area’s terrain, wildlife, and history, ensuring a safe and educational experience. We provide well-trained horses, tack, and all necessary equipment. Our guides also share interesting facts and stories about the local flora, fauna, and geology, enriching the ride with their expertise. Plus they have a great sense of humor!
The trails around Yellowstone and the Absaroka Wilderness offer a variety of landscapes and experiences. Riders can venture through dense forests, open meadows with wildflowers, and along the banks of rushing rivers and serene lakes. The routes may lead to breathtaking viewpoints, where riders can take in panoramic vistas of snow-capped mountains, sprawling valleys, and dramatic canyons.
